Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to translate requirements into functional and responsive user interfaces using React.
• Develop scalable and maintainable frontend architectures, frameworks, and libraries with a strong emphasis on React. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically leveraging React and its ecosystem.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members on React best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure excellent user experiences across multiple devices and browsers using React’s capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the React ecosystem.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth in React development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of at least 3 years working as a frontend engineer, with a strong focus on web application development using React.
• Expertise in React, including experience with React hooks, context API, and popular libraries and tools within the React ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and understanding of modern frontend development principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design using React.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services using React.
• Proficient understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and writing testable code is a plus.
